Room for rent: Green St in New York

Available immediately, one bedroom in a 4 bedroom/2 bath converted 2200sqft live/work loft, for 30 - 90 days or whatever we agree on. I am primarily looking for those who need a stepping stone while they look for a permanent living situation or perhaps longer term travelers.

The loft itself has many of the common niceties one would expect in an old factory conversion. High ceilings, exposed brick, wood floors, exposed wood beams, and so on. It also has central heat, a gas stove and a great big gas water heater for long hot showers or a bath in the large clawfoot tub.
I have 2 cats.

Your room is approx. 200sqft. It has a full size bed, a desk, shelves, various little cabinets and an air conditioner. You can feel free to reorganize as you see fit.

Greenpoint is a fantastic neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, anything and everything you could want just steps away. My place is 2 blocks from the Greenpoint Ave subway stop, 3 blocks from the East River Ferry. The 7,E,M and L trains are all just a 20 minute walk, as is Williamsburg's Bedford Ave. Three buses - B62, B32 and B43 stop at the end of my block and the B24 is a short 5 blocks away.

Ideally I'm looking for an honest, responsible and trustworthy individual to share the space with. There is a 30 day minimum and generally for a maximum of 90 days. We could negotiate other terms if we get along famously and such, but please don't reply asking if I'd consider a year long rental. We want to get to know anyone who would be moving in before committing to anything longer than a couple months.

Rent includes all utilities, high speed internet.
